Q: When should I apply a Hand and Body Balm?
A: The Nourishing Hand and Body Balm can be used daily. Apply all over Hands and body. Massage until absorbed. Recommended regimen order: Step I. Exfoliate Step II. Cleanse Step III. Moisturize. It can heal the skin and regenerate aging of the skin, hence why body balms are great for skin in need of moisture, especially body parts like elbows, knees, and feet.

Q: How to combine the Hand Wash and the Hand and Body Balm?
A: The Hand Wash and the Hand Balm are a perfect combination to keep your hands not only clean but also nourished and soft. Our Recommended regimen order: Step I. Cleanse. Apply all over hands and rinse well with lukewarm water. Step II.Finish with the Hydrating Hand and Body Balm. For the best effect, apply to warm damp skin, massaging gently till absorbed for silky smooth hands.

A: Yes. All our formulas are formulated without Sulfates, Silicones, Parabens and PEGs.

Q: How do you open and close the pump of the duo set?
A: On the top of the pump you can see open and stop. Turn the pump in the direction that states open. Keep turning until the pump opens. To close the pump, press down and turn towards the side that mentions stop. Note liquid comes out during this process.
