US and Canada customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns/exchanges, as well as any taxes and/or duties imposed by the US government.
If your order is subject to these duties/taxes they will not appear on your ZENOLOGY invoice, but will be presented to you and collected by the parcel carrier at time of delivery. Also, if you refuse to pay taxes/duties your parcel will be returned to ZENOLOGY and you will be charged for the return shipment costs.

ZENOLOGY will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Order within 14 working days from the date the Order was submitted. You will be required to sign for all deliveries.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
ZENOLOGY accepts returns of unused items within 14 days from the date of shipment. We require the products to be returned in its original packaging, unused and unopened .
Refunds will be returned with the payment method that was used to make the purchase, minus the shipping fees. We are only able to accept products purchased from www.zenology.com.
Returns must be prepaid and shipped through a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post, and those shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note: International customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for exchanges as well as any taxes and/or duties related to your order.
ZENOLOGY reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange or any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
