Shipping and Returns

All our orders are shipped from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. All orders are delivered by PostNL, UPS or FedEx.

Shipping - NETHERLANDS and BELGIUM

Free shipping on all orders over €60,00 within the Netherlands and Belgium. An extra shipping fee of €4.95 applies to smaller orders.

All deliveries are handled by PostNL or UPS and arrive within 1–2 business days.

Shipping - EU ground shipping

Free shipping on orders over €90 for the below countries. An extra shipping fee of €9.95 applies to smaller orders.

Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (Canary and Balearic Islands excluded), Sweden.

All deliveries are handled by UPS, FedEx or PostNL and arrive within 2–3 business days.

Shipping - Rest of Europe

Free shipping on orders over €110 for the below countries. An extra shipping fee of €14.95 applies to smaller orders.

Canary and Balearic Islands of Spain, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Malta, Romania, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

All deliveries are handled by UPS, FedEx or PostNL and arrive within 2–3 business days.

Shipping - International deliveries

Free shipping on orders over €140 for the below countries. An extra shipping fee of €19.00 applies to smaller orders.

Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Chile, China, Egypt, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United States and United Arab Emirates

All deliveries are handled by UPS, FedEx or PostNL and arrive within 4–5 business days.


International customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for exchanges as well as any taxes and/or duties imposed by your country’s government. If your order is subject to these duties/taxes they will not appear on your ZENOLOGY invoice, but will be presented to you and collected by the parcel carrier at time of delivery. Also, if you refuse to pay taxes/duties your parcel will be returned to ZENOLOGY and you will be charged for the return shipment costs.

NOTE: Due to the current situation we do not deliver to the Russian Federation.

How long does it take to receive my package

Most of our orders are shipped within the 1 business day after your purchase from our Dutch warehouse, pending availability and credit verification.

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within:

The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany:
Delivery within 1-2 business days

Europe:

Delivery within 2-4 business days


International:
Delivery within 5-7 business days

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

We do not ship on the weekend.

refunds and returns

Only Products purchased on zenology.com website can be returned to Zenology for refund or exchange. Products purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Should you make an error when ordering online, Zenology will gladly exchange your Product for the Product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

In the event that a product is not to your satisfaction, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it.

All Products must be returned to Zenology, Cruqiusweg 111P, 1019 AG Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the Products back to Zenology.
Should a Product be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, Zenology will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent Products and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.

In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for Zenology to process any refund or exchange. Please call +31 (0)20 624 76 69 or email to info@zenology.com in advance of your intention to return or exchange a Product, so that Zenology staff can assist you with a smooth transaction.

Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Zenology. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.

We will do our best to process returns within 10 business days of receipt and a reimbursement will be issued through issued in the original form of payment.
