A: The main function of body wash is to remove impurities such as tallow, dirt and sweat from your skin. Reasons to prefer body wash over ordinary soap are personal preference and skin sensitivity. Some soaps are very drying and tighten the skin.

A: Yes, all our formulas are formulated without Sulfates, Silicones, Parabens and PEGs.
Q: What is your definition of Clean Cosmetics?
A: They are free from artificial colors, free from harmful toxins and microplastics and are cruelty free. Many natural, organic ingredients can cause skin sensitivities that build up over time and some can be harsh and abrasive to our skin. Hence why we don’t claim to be 100% natural, but we do claim to be 100% good for skin and the environment.
FREE FROM: parabens, sulfates, SLS (sodium lauryl sulphate), petrolatum, mineral oils, synthetic colors, silicones, microplastics, animal ingredients. It is highly endorsable to address environmental risks posed by microplastics in cosmetics, as well in other products. For this reason, ZENOLOGY products do not contain any plastics, such as: nylon, polyamide or polyethylene.
Q: Is this product gluten-free, soy-free and nut-free?
A: The Body Wash is not certified gluten-free, soy-free or nut-free. It is manufactured in a facility where gluten, soy and nuts may also be used. If you have an allergy to these ingredients, we recommend that you do not use The Body Wash.
Q: Can I use The Body Wash during pregnancy?
A: We formulate with clean, effective ingredients and without ingredients on the EU's prohibited substances list. We do not expect any concerns with using the Body Wash while pregnant and select the safest raw materials we can, however, we also do not test our products to ensure safety with pregnant women. It is advised to speak to your doctor before using any products that you are not sure of using.
Q: How to open the pump of the Body Wash?
A: On the top of the pump, you can see open and stop. Turn the pump in the direction that states open. Keep turning until pump opens.

A: Close the pump by pressing it down and turn towards the side that mentions stop. Note liquid comes out during this proces.
Q: Can I use the BodyWash for my Face?
A: The skin on your face is more sensitive than the rest of your body. Facial cleansers are specially designed to remove make-up and unclog pores. So, it is advised to avoid using body wash on your face.
Q: Can the Body Wash be used as Hand Soap?
A: Should you find yourself low on hand soap and wondering if body wash can be used instead, the answer is yes. In fact, body wash and shower gels have the closest formulations to hand soap — meaning that they have the ingredients necessary to get your hands clean and remove germs, oftentimes without drying your skin out.
